pleasant stay
quick response ground floor free parking
the email responses were quick, and staff were helpful with my requirements regarding a ground floor room. i needed a walk in shower due to disability needs, and assistance carrying luggage. i found lots of free parking, great. the atmosphere felt cute, and the rooms offered plenty of space.
some areas in the en suite looked worn, with a degree of damage resulting from regular use. i observed some rusty areas in the pool, and there were some damaged points.

a balanced stay
friendly staff clean pool thin walls outdated decor
the staff were really nice for my son's birthday. we were. the facilities were easy to access and the pool was very clean. nothing was too much to ask.
we were given a room very close to the reception and seating area near the bar. by 9.30pm we could hear people's conversations even with our tv on. such an odd place it was to put a bedroom!! the new twin room was spacious however badly needs updating.
